What if my DVD does not play?

Please check first your DVD-player setting - some DVD players need to be formatted to AUTO. Also check if the DVD is scrached - try to clean with soft cloth (for glassed).  If still not playing - please contact us first. We will replace the faulty DVD with the same title only.

Is delivery discreet and is ordering confidential?

Yes. We send your DVDs in packaging that does not indicate the contents, and the words "porn" or "adult dvd" does not appear anywhere on that packaging. Your credit card is charged in our company name "Artemedia".

Do I have to pay any customs fees?

If you live in the EU - no. If you live outside the EU - you may have to. But we also can send the DVDs without cases - so it looks like and ordinary cardboard envelope, which will not get attention of cutoms workers.

Can I pay by methods other than credit card?

Yes! We accept orders by UK cheque, UK postal orders, bank transfer or cash send by Recorded delivery.
