We ship FREE WORLDWIDE for orders over £40 / €49.  *Free postage option is non-trackable and uninsured.

Orders outside Europe, €6.00  shipping will be added.

RECORDED SECURE PRIORITY MAIL . Recommended option. This shipping option is trackable & insured - UK £12, EU & worldwide €15.00

All items shipped all together in one parcel.

DVDs will be shipped 'DVD disc and sleeve only' without plastic cases for ease of delivery through your letterbox and added security.

If plastic cases are required, these are available to order seperately on our website.

In the unlikely event of you having problems playing a DVD, please refer to our FAQ first to see if you can solve the problem.

If you are still having problems, please contact us by e-mail at returns@artemedia.nl or telephone 0031 20 320 5260. We can only accept returns of faulty DVDs, which is very rare indeed. We will gladly replace any faulty DVD with a tested copy of the same title. We recommend you return faulty DVDs by Secure post.
